Medical-Grade Cleaning for DFW Healthcare Facilities
Cleaning a medical facility is categorically different from cleaning a commercial office. The pathogens present are more dangerous, the surfaces are more sensitive, and the consequences of inadequate disinfection are measured not in inconvenience but in patient health outcomes. Monarca's healthcare cleaning programs are built on that understanding — with protocols, products, and personnel that meet the demands of clinical environments.
We serve outpatient clinics, dental offices, physical therapy facilities, urgent care centers, medical office buildings, and specialty practice groups across Dallas–Fort Worth. Our technicians complete healthcare-specific cleaning training before assignment to any medical client, covering infection control principles, color-coded microfiber systems, proper PPE use, and EPA-registered disinfectant application protocols.
Healthcare Cleaning Standards We Follow
We follow CDC recommendations for cleaning and disinfecting non-acute healthcare settings, using appropriate contact times and application methods for each surface category.
All disinfectants used in medical settings are EPA-registered and selected from List N (SARS-CoV-2) and List Q (Clostridioides difficile) as applicable to your facility type.
Separate color-coded microfiber cloths and mop heads are used for restrooms, patient areas, and general surfaces — preventing cross-contamination between zones.
Technicians wear appropriate PPE for each area — nitrile gloves, face protection when indicated, and closed-toe shoes. PPE is properly donned, doffed, and disposed of per protocol.
Facilities We Serve
Our healthcare cleaning programs are designed for non-acute outpatient environments. We do not service active emergency departments or surgical suites, which require specialized biohazard certifications beyond our scope. For all other medical environments, we have the training and products to meet your standards:
What a Medical Cleaning Visit Includes
Every medical cleaning visit is structured to address both routine sanitation and pathogen reduction on high-contact surfaces. Our scope is divided into zones — waiting areas, exam rooms, restrooms, and staff areas — each with its own protocol and product selection:
Documentation & Compliance Support
Healthcare facilities often require documentation of cleaning activities for infection control records, OSHA compliance, or accreditation purposes. Monarca can provide cleaning logs, product SDS (Safety Data Sheets), and service completion records on request. Our account managers work directly with your infection control coordinator or office manager to ensure documentation meets your facility's specific requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Technicians assigned to medical clients complete healthcare-specific cleaning training covering infection control principles, color-coded microfiber system use, appropriate PPE, and correct application of EPA-registered disinfectants including required contact times. They are not cross-assigned to non-medical accounts without re-orientation.
We use EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants selected from the EPA's List N (effective against SARS-CoV-2) and, where indicated, List Q (effective against C. diff spores). Specific product selection is reviewed with your infection control lead during onboarding. SDS documentation is available for all products used in your facility.
Yes — most medical clients prefer after-hours cleaning to avoid disruption to patient flow. We also offer early morning pre-opening service. If your facility has specific access requirements (alarm codes, keypad entry, security sign-in), we coordinate those details during the onboarding process.
Yes. We can provide service completion logs, product SDS sheets, and cleaning activity documentation to support your infection control records, OSHA compliance requirements, or accreditation preparation. Documentation format and frequency are established during the setup of your service agreement.
No. Regulated medical waste, sharps containers, and biohazardous materials are handled exclusively by licensed medical waste disposal companies. Our scope covers environmental cleaning and disinfection — we do not touch, move, or dispose of any regulated waste. Your existing medical waste contractor handles that separately.
